“ My husband and I came here while vacationing in Rio. What a fantastic place. It was Halloween night and I loved how the staff were dressed up for it. Very friendly and attentive staff. We got a platter to share. It had steak, sausage stuffed with cheese and fries. The steak was a bit salty, but still delicious. We ordered churros for dessert, which were also amazing. We each got a caipirinha.....soooo good. Very good experience. ”
“ Review for Mad Brew – Ipanema, Rio de Janeiro Had a fantastic experience at Mad Brew in Ipanema! The steak was amazing—tender and cooked to perfection. The drinks were great, and the atmosphere was lively. I also appreciated that the staff spoke English, which made ordering much easier. Highly recommend for a great meal and drinks in Rio! ”
“ Excellent food and excellent service! Started by ordering drinks - dragonfruit caparinha and a freak lab beer (fruity taste) - both delicious. The waiter took the time to explain the cuts of meat and gave suggestions as well (we ordered a cut of meat instead of an item from the menu which comes with fries) as well as linguica angus carapreta (sausage). We chose the picanha, which was cooked to perfection. It came with 3 sauces; Farofa, Chimichurri and a salsa. We also ordered a mad hot chili peppers burger which came with fries - delicious too! We ordered the Bananofee for dessert which was incredibly sweet but delicious. Would definitely recommend a visit. Prices were very reasonable for the portions. ”
“ A favorite spot for lunch. They have what and weekend specials, so there is always something reasonably priced. The beers are also really delicious! ”
“ This place was nice, clean, and had tvs to watch soccer games. I ordered the picanah steak which was cooked perfectly, it came with fries that were ok, it was just such a good steak to have it with fries. Had some good beer and they even have beer to go. I tried the Maracugin, and it was very fresh with lots of fruit pulp. I would come here again! ”
